Jeremiah did all the tile work and Jon stopped out to make sure things were going well. Jeremiah did an amazing job and made sure everything was square, level, no small tile cuts, no tile lippage, and very clean.
One thing I appreciated a lot was the quick responses from Jon. He always got back to me sooner than I would have thought.

They made sure I was 100% satisfied, not just at the end of the project, but throughout. I tried not to bug them too much as they worked, but I did like to check in and get updates and any thoughts they had on design/layout.

Gotta say finding a reputable contractor these days can be a tiring challenge.

Over the years we have seen it all with other contractors, from constantly slowing the job down by putting us aside to fit other customer jobs in, to never knowing when their workers would show up & if they were going to work a full day or not. Total transformation in my master bath... we knocked out a closet that backed up to my bathroom and used the extra space to make the shower much larger, now having a beautiful granite bench matching my new countertops in the master bath... shower is tiled all the way up the walls including the ceiling, 4 deep spacious glass shelves nicely tucked in on the side for all of my necessities with a new light installed above, along with an 8ft custom fit glass door for the finishing touches!!! I am in ❤️ with my new master bath!!! I had no idea this was even possible!!! ❤️❤️❤️. I saw Certified Tile & Stone installing tile in a hair salon. I liked what they were doing and the products they were using. I talked to the owner of the project and he provided a stellar review. I was remodeling a powder room on the first floor of my residence. Once the new drywall was complete I call Jon and he promptly gave me an estimate which was competitive. With other estimates I received. After I notified him that I wanted him to do the project they were on site the next Monday. During the tile installation process his installer got sick and I needed to have him replaced, which Jon did immediately.
